Twenty Years of Organic Stewardship

Nestled in the beautiful Slad Valley, immortalised by Laurie Lee, our 120-acre farm has been organic since 1997. We believe in slow-grown, naturally raised livestock and sustainable land management that works with nature.

Every beef box, lamb cut, and bottle of apple juice we sell begins its life in the soil of the Cotswolds. Our focus is on biodiversity, rare breeds, and the highest welfare standards.

Premium Organic Beef

Our Sussex and Aberdeen Angus cattle graze on diverse, organic pastures for a rich, deep flavour that only comes with time and a natural diet.

We offer grass and arable silage fed beef boxes, matured on the bone for maximum tenderness. Order online for local collection or delivery.
